Zac Efron, Rehab for Big Cocaine Problem

                   Online gossips are reporting today that Zac Efron quietly completed a stint in rehab earlier this year, but is clean and sober now. Efron, 25, a former teen idol now turned up and coming actor also, was seen most recently looking sleek on the red carpet at the Toronto International Film Festival for the premiere of Parkland, his forthcoming ensemble drama about the JFK assassination opening Oct.4.  He's healthy, happy and not drinking, one source told E News. He's taking time to focus on working. Another source also confirmed to People magazine that the actor completed treatment, telling the magazine that Efron is doing great, and he's taking care of himself and it shows.
              The update was first reports indicated that Efron sought treatment for alcohol abuse, however, sources tell TMZ the actor went to rehab for a cocaine addiction. Zac completed his stint in rehab earlier this year. The problem spiraled out of control during the filming of Seth Rogen's movie "Neighbors" which was shot during a narrow time frame beginning in April. Sources tell us Zac, who also starred in the movie, was a no-show on a number of days. As one source connected with the film tells us. "It was common knowledge he was struggling with cocaine." Three other sources confirm, Zac's problem was rooted in Cocaine, but say he also dabbled in Molly, a pure form of Ecstasy, and a popular drugs in clubs and raves.
            The website said Efron's alleged problem, "spiraled out of control" during the filming of one of his new movies. Sources tell us Zac, was a no-show on a number of days, TMZ says, citing a source connected with the film. It was common knowledge he was struggling with cocaine. Three other sources confirmed to TMZ that Efron also allegedly tried Molly, which hit headlines recently when several young people died after consuming it at concerts.
               Early this year, Zac and some friends went on a coke rager in a room at the SkyLofts at the MGM Grand in Vegas, and caused around $50,000 in damage. No word on who took care of the bill, told TMZ. The former star of High School Musical has not been previously known for drunken or stoned behavior, unlike other young Hollywood types such as Lindsay Lohan or Demi Lovato. But the rehab story has not been confirmed, and representatives of Efron did not return messages. TMZ told Efron's spokesperson declined to comment.  Besides Parkland, he's set top appear in other films later this year, including comedies That Awkward Moment and Neighborrs. E online reported that a picture of Efron shirtless from the latter film recently garnered zillions of eyeballs online.
