Lifestyle is also known as “Way of life”. Lifestyle in the
other term is known as sociology in our
life. It’s the typical way of life of an individual person, groups of people
and culture. Lifestyle is a combination of determining two factors.

Social
Natural environment involves the conditions in a person of the
natural and healthy lifestyle. Social environment includes an individual living
and working conditions, income level, educational background, community and
religious beliefs. Technology has negative effects on the environment such as
pollution. Technology has changed the fields of agriculture, manufacturing,
welfare, transportation, information, medicine, communication and among others.
Lifestyle may include views on politics, religion, health, intimacy and more. Because
of technology such as computers and television, people have a much more
sedentary lifestyle, which leads to health complications and issues.
Psychological aspects of an individual such personal values, preferences, and
outlooks. The cornerstone of lifestyle construction is consumption behavior,
which offers the possibility to create and further individualize the self with
different products or services that signal different ways of life.
