2 stalks Celery
2 leaves Bok Choy-also called Pak Choi

If you want something more precise
2 and 1/2 cups chopped Apple = 10 ounces juice
About 1 cup chopped Celery = 3 ounces juice
About 1 cup chopped Bok Choy- almost 2 ounces juice

Yields about 15 ounces of juice
